Stephanie J. Davis has served as Secretary and a Director of Gulfstream since its formation. Stephanie is currently employed as the Vice President of Finance for HyperTec, Inc. Prior to joining HyperTec, Inc., Ms. Davis managed all daily branch activities and functions for Home Capital Corporation. Ms. Davis worked as an Account Executive with Chase Manhattan Bank. Ms. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of South Florida. Ms. Davis is the daughter of Phillip Janca and the sister of Todd Janca. |

David McKay has been a successful entrepreneur for nearly 20 years, owning from startup phase, thriving businesses in two different industries and involving himself in various real estate enterprises through the years. Mr. McKay has business degrees in economics and management from Indiana University. Mr. McKay's specific interest and experience in economics is the movement of capital and its relation to banking and public utilities. Mr. McKay has public utility experience regarding initial investment processes, revenue advantages and ROI. Mr. McKay's diverse background and experience explains his involvement in numerous businesses and projects and highlights his love for the game of business. In his spare time, Mr. McKay enjoys collecting cars, riding motorcycles and observing wildlife around his property in Indianapolis. Mr. McKay has taken part in charitable activities throughout his professional career, taking various opportunities to give back to the community whenever possible. Mr. McKay reflects the entrepreneurial spirit that is alive and permeates Gulfstream Technologies and his economic advice and insight provide valuable counsel to our new enterprise. |

Roger Boyette has served as a Director of Gulfstream Technologies since May 2007. Mr. Boyette is a co-founder and is presently serving as President/General Manager of ReCon Management Services, Inc. and ReCon Engineering, Inc. ReCon Management Services was formed in January 1995 to provide professional project management and project engineering services to local industry in Southwest Louisiana. ReCon Engineering was founded later in October of that year to provide engineering and design services. The ReCon companies have grown from the original three owners to employing approximately 300 personnel today. Last year ReCon was recognized by The Times of Southwest Louisiana as one of the areas of Top Fifty Privately-Owned Companies. Mr. Boyette also has experience in the pulp and paper manufacturing, petrochemical, oil and gas production and refining business. This experience includes the design of piping, pump and compressor systems. Mr. Boyette’s special skills include the capability of managing multiple projects and supervision/training of personnel. Mr. Boyette graduated from McNeese State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and has approximately thirty years experience in project design, management and engineering. Mr. Boyette is very active in the local community and is a member of many professional organizations, including LABI (Louisiana Business & Industry) and LCIA (Louisiana Chemical Industry Alliance). Mr. Boyette presently serves as President of Profit & Loss Association and is the past President and currently a Board Member of Lake Area Industries/McNeese Engineering Partnership (LAI/MEP). In addition to community and professional organizations, Mr. Boyette is an active member of his church, serving a vice-chairman of the church Trustee Board, a member of the Finance committee, a Bible study teacher and a member of the worship team. |

Carl A. Dubois has served as a Director of the Company since May 2007. Mr. Dubois is the President of Dubois Sheet Metal Works, Inc. and the President of Dubois Coded Fab, Inc. Dubois Sheet Metal Works, Inc. was established in January of 1953 and Dubois Coded Fab, Inc. was established in August of 1998. Mr. Dubois became the President of Dubois Sheet Metal Works, Inc. in June of 1989, upon the retirement of this father, Junius J. Dubois. At that time, plans were being made by Mr. Dubois to incorporate industrial fabrication into the line of work. To date, structural steel, process piping and plate fabrication are the main stay of the operation. Dubois Coded Fab, Inc. can build new pressure vessels, repair old pressure vessels and fabricate power piping. Mr. Dubois attended four years of trade school for sheet metal. Mr. Dubois is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt and fish as well as spend time with his two grandchildren, Olivia and Wyatt. |

Reggy Saxon has served as a Director of Gulfstream Technologies since June 2007. Mr. Saxon is a co-founder and is presently serving as Vice President of ReCon Management Services, Inc. and ReCon Engineering, Inc. Mr. Saxon began his career in the metal arts trade, as a machinist for 19 years before transitioning to the Engineering field in 1988. During his seven year employment with a local Engineering firm, Mr. Saxon began as a mechanical designer, promoted in 1990 to a machine design specialist, and later moved into a Field Engineering roll as a Project Coordinator. After inception of ReCon Engineering and Management, Mr. Saxon has assisted local companies both as a Machine Design Specialist and as Sr. Project Coordinator on projects ranging from $50,000 to $44 million.
Mr. Saxon is very active in the local community and is a member of many professional organizations, including LABI (Louisiana Business & Industry) and LCIA (Louisiana Chemical Industry Alliance). Mr. Saxon is currently V. President of New Life Counseling (pregnancy counseling agency), a member of Profit & Loss Association and Lake Area Industrial Alliance, Mr. Saxon is an active member of his church, currently serving as a Deacon, and has just completed two years of service on the Building Committee, where a seven Million dollar recreational facility was successfully completed. |

Brian J. Dubois has served as a Director of Gulfstream Technologies since June of 2007. Brian is the son of Carl Dubois and has been employed at Dubois Sheet Metal for 12 years. Mr. Dubois is an experienced sheet metal mechanic, certified welder, C.N.C. plasma operator and machinist. Mr. Dubois has also served as project supervisor on several operations for clients such as Conoco Phillips, Citgo Petroleum, Sasol North America and Firestone Polymers. Mr. Dubois is currently training to assume the role of President of Dubois Sheet Metal, Inc. |

Damon Granger has served as a Director of the Company since September 2007. Mr. Granger is the owner and President of Granger Implement, which serves Southwest Louisiana and Southeast Texas with sales and service of tractors and farm machinery. Granger Implement has seen substantial growth in just five short years, being named one of the top volume dealers in North America. Mr. Granger has spent most of his career in retail sales, working nine years at a large auto dealer as a Salesperson, Finance Manager, and Sales Manager. Mr. Granger has extensive training in sales, finance and business management, before opening his own tractor dealership. Mr. Granger is an active member of his church, where he volunteers in the children’s nursery. In his spare time, Mr. Granger volunteer’s time and resources with school and community youth programs, such as 4-H and FFA Livestock programs and local rodeo clubs serving as a board director. Mr. Granger enjoys hunting and spending time with his wife and their four sons. |

André J. (Andy) Buisson was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana where he resided until re-locating to Baton Rouge to attend Louisiana State University from 1973-1980. Mr. Buisson graduated in 1977 with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and in 1980 with a J.D. degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center. In 1981, after serving as a judicial clerk for the 19th Judicial District Court in Baton Rouge, Mr. Buisson entered the private practice of law in southwest Louisiana. Mr. Buisson maintained a general law practice for 19 years representing individual and business clients while also serving as Assistant District Attorney, City Attorney for two municipalities and representing various governmental bodies. In 2000, Mr. Buisson began a 6-1/2 year affiliation as a partner with the Woodley, Williams Law Firm of Lake Charles, Louisiana where his practice was concentrated in areas of corporate and commercial transactions, litigation, and real estate. |

Dr. Robert Tieperman is a native of Arkansas City, Kansas. After graduating from High School in 1987, Mr. Tieperman started his undergraduate studies in premed and later entered Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. Following a 3 month internship in Rock Springs, Wyoming, Mr. Tieperman graduated in 1992. Mr. Tieperman originally started his solo practice in Liberal, Kansas and then opened his second practice in Lufkin, Texas in 1997. While in practice in Lufkin, Texas, Mr. Tieperman was in solo practice for 10 years where he had what is considered a mega practice in chiropractic. (Doing over 1 million in services a year while overseeing a 40 thousand a year budget on marketing and advertisement.) During Mr. Tieperman’s time in Lufkin, he also privately invested in real estate where he would buy, remodel and sale homes. These investments and the sale of his medical building and practice in Lufkin in 2008, led Mr. Tieperman to move to Madisonville, Texas, for a more relaxed lifestyle with his family and where he currently has started his third practice and an Equine Chiropractic practice. Mr. Tieperman has been active in his communities with the chamber of commerce, and held various board positions in community organizations and clubs. Mr. Tieperman is an active member of the Texas Chiropractic Association. Mr. Tieperman and his wife Melanie have 3 children, two girls and one boy and live in Midway, Texas, a small community outside of Madisonville, Texas. Mr. Tieperman has a very active lifestyle and has been involved in various hobbies including racing cars, flying airplanes, riding Harley Davidson motorcycles, polo, hunting and quarter horses. Mr. and Mrs. Tieperman are very active in raising, training and showing cutting horses. Mr. Tieperman owned the American Cutting Horse Association (ACHA) World Champion in 2005 and won his division in the Houston livestock show and rodeo in 2006. Both Mr. and Mrs. Tieperman have been finalists in many large shows across the United States and were ranked with the National Cutting Horse Association (NCHA) top 20 in the world in 2006. The Tieperman’s are a Christian family and believe God comes first, family second, and business, hobbies and the rest of life subsequently follow. |

Todd Janca is one of the original designers of Gulfstream Technologies patent-pending technology. Todd began his career as a recovery technician on a manned submersible team. Next, Todd worked as a Manufacturing Engineer for oil and gas submersibles. Todd then worked as a Network Administrator and Interactive Developer for an entertainment corporation. Seven years ago, Todd helped co-found HyperTec, Inc., which markets, manufactures, installs and performs hyperbaric training. |

Phillip Janca is one of the original designers of Gulfstream Technologies' patent-pending technology and has successfully commercialized from inception, three businesses in his professional career and performed maritime work for the British Royal Navy, Lockheed Petroleum and NASA. Phillip began his career designing and constructing pressure vessels. He then operated a hyperbaric medical facility. Next, Phillip designed, constructed, operated, maintained and trained pilots for deep diving research submersibles. Seven years ago, Phillip seized the opportunity to enter the hyperbaric sector and is currently CEO and President of HyperTec, Inc., which markets, manufactures, installs and performs hyperbaric training. |
