Management
William “Brent” Ballard is the CEO of Gulfstream Technologies. Mr. Ballard has 16 years of executive experience and has successfully commercialized three businesses. Mr. Ballard has utilized his past executive experience to assemble a Best-of-Breed development team that integrates best-in-class opportunity for commercializing Gulfstream Technologies.
Mr. Ballard is a graduate from Midwestern State University, with a Bachelors in Business Administration, majoring in Management.

Brent has served as a Director of Gulfstream Technologies since April 2007.
Stephanie J. Davis
Stephanie has served as Secretary and a Director of Gulfstream since its formation. Stephanie is currently employed as the President of Hyperbaric Centers of Florida. Previously Stephanie was the Vice President of Finance for HyperTec, Inc. for 8 years. Prior to joining HyperTec, Inc., Ms. Davis managed all daily branch activities and functions for Home Capital Corporation. Ms. Davis worked as an Account Executive with Chase Manhattan Bank.
Ms. Davis holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of South Florida. Ms. Davis is the daughter of Phillip Janca and the sister of Todd Janca.
David McKay
David has served as a Director of Gulfstream Technologies since 2007, and has been a successful entrepreneur for 20 years. David has owned from startup phase, thriving businesses in two different industries and involved himself in various real estate enterprises through the years.
Mr. McKay has business degrees in economics and management from Indiana University with a specific interest and experience in the movement of capital and its relation to banking and public utilities.
Roger Boyette
Roger has served as a Director of Gulfstream Technologies since May 2007. Mr. Boyette is a co-founder and is presently serving as President/General Manager of ReCon Management Services, Inc. and ReCon Engineering, Inc.
Mr. Boyette graduated from McNeese State University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and has approximately thirty years experience in project design, management and engineering.
Carl A. Dubois
Carl has served as a Director of the Company since May 2007. Mr. Dubois is the President of Dubois Sheet Metal Works, Inc. and the President of Dubois Coded Fab, Inc. Mr. Dubois attended four years of trade school for sheet metal.
Reggy Saxon
Reggy has served as a Director of Gulfstream Technologies since June 2007. Mr. Saxon is a co-founder and is presently serving as Vice President of ReCon Management Services, Inc. and ReCon Engineering, Inc.
Brian J. Dubois
Brian has served as a Director of Gulfstream Technologies since June 2007. Mr. Dubois is the Vice President of Dubois Sheet Metal Works and is experienced in AutoCad.
André J. (Andy) Buisson
Andy has served as a Director of Gulfstream Technologies since February 2008. Mr. Buisson is currently serving as the Vice-President, General Manager and General Counsel of R&R Construction Inc. Mr. Buisson graduated with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and in 1980 with a J.D. degree from the Louisiana State University.
Dr. Robert Tieperman
Robert has served as Director of Gulfstream Technologies since January 2008. Mr. Tieperman currently owns and operates a chiropractic business in Madisonville, Texas Mr. Tieperman started his undergraduate studies in premed and later entered Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas, Texas. Following a 3 month internship in Rock Springs, Wyoming, Dr. Tieperman graduated in 1992.
Don E. Page Sr.
Don has served as a member of our Board of Directors since September 2008. Mr. Page is the past President and owner of Thermal Insulation Inc., that was established in 1982 with three employees. When Thermal Insulation, Inc. was sold in 2009, the company had branched out and was performing asbestos and lead abatement, scaffolding and electric heat tracing with 300 employees and 45 million in yearly revenue.

Todd Janca
Todd is one of the original designers of Gulfstream Technologies’ proprietary technology. Currently, Todd is an owner of Hyperbaric Centers of Florida. Previously, Todd served as the Vice President of Technology for HyperTec, Inc.

Phillip Janca
Phillip is one of the original designers of Gulfstream Technologies’ proprietary technology and has successfully commercialized from inception, three businesses in his professional career. Currently, Phillip serves as the President of HyperTec, Inc.
Academic Qualifications: Marine Engineering, Marine Science, Commercial Diver Training, Deep Sea Air and Helium Mix Diving Certificate, Hyperbaric Chamber-Hyperbaric Treatment Certificate.
